Polx® 1200

Polx® 1200 is a knife-cut, unlaundered cleanroom wiper recommended for ISO Class 5 and above environments composed of 100% continuous filament polyester knit fabric. This combination of properties provides Polx® 1200 with the cleanliness, abrasion resistance and chemical compatibility required for ISO Class 5 and above environments and applications requiring critical control of contaminants combined with good performance.

Polx® 1200 is meant to and lower cost less critical nonwovens. Complies with RoHS 2002/05 and REACH requirements. Designed for applications requiring better cleanliness than a nonwoven, but not the high level of cleanliness provided by a laundered knit.

* Chemically compatible with IPA, acetone, and other solvents.
* Applications include integrated circuit fabrication areas and CD & DVD manufacturing operations as well as the wiping of catheters, heart valves, and other medical devices.
Useful in the application and removal of cleaning and disinfecting solutions in less critical areas.
